One to one

Sometimes you need a person, not a page.

A proper conversation about your baby, your home, and what is actually happening.

Intro call, 15 minutes, free

Tell me what is going on. If I can help, I will say how. If you need a doctor or a lactation consultant instead, I will say that too.

One per family. A small number of these each week, so they stay unhurried.

Support call, 45 minutes

Rs 1,500

One thing worked through properly. Sleep, feeding, crying, settling. You leave with a plan written for your family, not a general one.

  • A short form before, so no time is wasted
  • Video or voice, whichever you prefer
  • Written notes sent afterwards
  • English or French

Full picture call, 60 minutes

Rs 2,000

When it is not one thing. We look at the whole day, the whole night, and how you are both holding up, then build a plan across all of it.

  • Everything in the support call
  • Time for both parents to be on the call
  • A written plan you can follow week by week

Follow up call, 30 minutes

Rs 900

For families I have already spoken with. We pick up where we left off, see what worked, and adjust.

Available after a support or full picture call.

Tell me what suits you and I will confirm a time by email.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Pick the call that fits

Tell me what is going on. If I can help, I will say how. If you need a doctor or a lactation consultant instead, I will say that too.

  2. Step 2: Write to me

Tell me what suits you and I will confirm a time by email.

  3. Step 3: We talk

Video or voice, whichever you prefer. Written notes sent afterwards. English or French.

What you tell me stays with me

Everything said on a call is private. I keep short notes so I can help you properly next time, nothing is shared with anyone, and you can ask me to delete them at any point.

What this is not

Not medical advice, not diagnosis, and not sleep training. If something needs a doctor, midwife or mental health professional, I will tell you clearly and help you work out what to ask them.

If things feel heavier than tired

Crying, exhaustion and feeling overwhelmed are common after a birth. But if low mood lasts beyond the first couple of weeks, if you cannot enjoy anything at all, if you feel disconnected from your baby, or if your own thoughts are frightening you, please speak to your doctor or midwife today. This is common, it is treatable, and asking is not a failure.

Tell someone today. A doctor, a midwife, or a person you trust.

If you or your baby are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service now.
