Before you ask

The questions parents ask first.

Is this medical advice?

Not medical advice, not diagnosis, and not sleep training. If something needs a doctor, midwife or mental health professional, I will tell you clearly and help you work out what to ask them.

What are you, and what are you not?

Not a doctor, midwife, lactation consultant or sleep trainer. I explain what is known, help you see your own situation clearly, and tell you plainly when something belongs with a medical professional. That boundary is the reason you can trust what I do say.

When will you send me to someone else?

If something looks medical, I will say so and help you work out what to ask. Feeding difficulties go to a midwife or lactation consultant. Anything about weight, growth or illness goes to your doctor. Persistent low mood goes to your doctor or midwife, and I will help you find the words.

How do I pay, and when do I get my order?

Do I need to install anything?

Everything said on a call is private. I keep short notes so I can help you properly next time, nothing is shared with anyone, and you can ask me to delete them at any point.

Do you work in French?

Yes. French is my mother tongue and I speak English fluently, so I support families in both. The site is available in French too, from the switch at the top of the page.
